Attorney Victoria Spellman earned her law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law and graduated with honors from Mount Holyoke College. After spending several years as a corporate attorney, she opened her own firm in 1991 to focus on helping clients in the areas of wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, estate taxation, real estate and business law. During her career, Victoria has helped draft legislation and write insurance books for business attorneys.
Attorney David E. Kelly earned his law degree from Western New England University School of Law and received his bachelor's degree from Connecticut College. He also began his career in a corporate setting and eventually moved into civil and criminal litigation, including defending those arrested for DUI and drug charges, divorce and divorce mediation, personal injury and other complex litigation.
Attorney Beth Fanous earned her law degree from Tulane University Law School, where she served as a member of Law Review, and graduated magna cum laude from Boston College. After several years of working within large law firm and corporate settings, practicing in a diverse range of areas, she joined Spellman, Kelly & Fanous, where her focus is in the areas of wills, trusts, estate planning, probate and business law.
