The law firm Spellman, Kelly & Fanous LLC is happy to announce that Attorney Beth Fanous has joined the firm. Beth has been an attorney since 2003 and is admitted to practice in CT, MA, and NY. Beth's practice focuses on estate planning, including wills and trusts, business law, including entity formation, transactional work, and general legal counsel, as well as real estate. Prior to joining Spellman & Kelly, Beth held the positions of Senior Attorney with United Technologies, Carrier World Headquarters, In House Attorney with the corporate headquarters of Habitat for Humanity International, and Associate with the New York based law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Beth graduated from Boston College, magna cum laude, and from Tulane Law School, cum laude, where she served as Managing Editor of the Tulane Law Review.
